  • Are imgavio tools really free?
    Yes — 100% free, no account, no usage limits. Processing happens in your browser so we have no server costs to pass on.
  • Do you store my images?
    Never. All image processing happens locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Your files never reach our servers — it's architecturally impossible for us to see them.
  • Can I request a tool that doesn't exist?
    Absolutely. We've added several tools from user suggestions. Email us with your use case and we'll evaluate it for a future release.
  • Why doesn't a tool work on my device?
    Most issues are browser-related. Try Chrome or Firefox first. Make sure JavaScript is enabled. Some AI tools require more RAM — close other tabs and try again.
